Job summary

Cottonwood Manor Assisted Living in Green Bay, Wisconsin seeks a Dietary Cook to join our team of dedicated professionals who focus on person-centered care and resident dining excellence.

Responsibilities include reading recipes, preparing meals, maintaining sanitation, and assisting with stock rotation under the supervision of the Food Service Director. This position includes every other Friday and every other weekend 7 AM-3 PM, plus holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of cooking experience (some short order cooking) and quantity cooking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch or dinner as assigned.
• Follow recipes to ensure consistency of the product.
• Maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures.
• Read and follow recipes and assist with stock rotation with the Food Service Director.
• Assist with meeting resident dining expectations.
