Genesis Health Care Center is looking for a Dietary Cook. Part‑time days and full‑time evenings position available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and snacks according to the menu using standardized recipes.
• Serve residents in a timely and polite manner following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Store food properly, clean equipment, kitchen and dining area using safety and infection control procedures.
• Proper use of equipment, supplies, and dietary goods.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety practices within the center and immediately reporting any safety concerns or issues to the Facility Administrator.
• Participate in staff development, attend in‑service training and maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that promotes cooperation and teamwork with co‑workers, supervisors, residents and visitors according to the organization’s policies and procedures and code of ethics.
