Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review menus prior to food preparation and prepare meals.
• Coordinate with the Dietitian/Director of Food Services and implement recommended changes.
• Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus and standardized recipes.
• Serve meals on time and according to portion control procedures.
• Maintain stock levels of staple and non-staple food and supplies.
• Assist in daily cleaning duties and food preparation for special meals or events.
