• ServSafe certified or willing to earn within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Work under the Dietary Manager
• Prepare and portion hot and cold menu items according to recipes and production sheets
• Serve meals to residents at correct service times
• Provide coverage for staff absences due to illness
• Record temperatures for food and equipment
• Maintain sanitation to state health regulations
• Conduct daily interactions with residents and staff to ensure satisfaction
• Track inventory and communicate needs to the Dietary Manager
• Label, wrap, and date unused food items
