Copperfield Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Houston, TX is hiring a Full-time Dietary Cook. Shifts available are AM and PM.

Responsibilities include preparing meals per menus, handling diet changes from Nursing Services, and submitting required forms to the Director of Food Services. You will help establish a food service production line, ensuring meals are prepared on time and maintaining good rapport with other departments to meet residents’ needs.

Formación

• Experience cooking in large quantities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare meals according to planned menus.
• Process diet changes from Nursing Services.
• Submit paperwork to the Director of Food Services.
• Assist in establishing a smooth production line and timely meals.
• Coordinate with inter-department staff to meet residents’ needs.
