Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated dietary cook for a skilled nursing setting. You will prepare meals according to resident diet specifications and community procedures, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.

Under the supervision of the Food Service Director, you will follow dietary policies, contribute to a supportive team environment, and support residents with nourishing, well-balanced meals.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation fundamentals.
• Must meet state requirements for food handler training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diets and community procedures.
• Follow health, sanitation and infection control policies and maintain dietary standards.
• Assist the Food Service Director and adhere to Dietary Policies and Procedures.
