TeamWorkers Supplemental Staffing is seeking a dietary cook to prepare delicious, nutritious meals for residents and ensure high standards of food safety and service in a long-term care setting.

You will follow menu guidelines, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to residents’ health through balanced meals while complying with applicable regulations. This role emphasizes flexibility and commitment to quality dining experiences for residents.

Qualifications

• Preference for a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience as a cook in a long-term care facility (preferred).
• Experience in long-term care settings (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Craft delicious and nutritious meals in line with the menu and a pleasant dining experience for residents.
• Maintain highest standards by overseeing food handling, preparation, and service with cleanliness and safety.
• Enhance resident health by providing nutritionally balanced options.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local food service and nutrition care standards.
