Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is hiring for a part-time dietary role in a skilled nursing setting in Columbus, OH. You will prepare meals per resident diet specs and food-safety policies under the supervision of the Food Service Director.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent is required.
• We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.
• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations, under the supervision of the Food Service Director.
