Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet state requirements for food handler training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications and safety regulations.
• Follow all health and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Assist in daily kitchen operations and support dietary staff.
