Hartwell Health & Rehab Center is seeking a dietary team member to prepare meals for residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will follow prescribed diets and health standards under the supervision of the Food Service Director.

Qualifications

• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; GED available for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications and procedures.
• Maintain health, sanitary and infection control standards within the kitchen.
