Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking dietary staff for a skilled nursing setting in Middletown, CA. The role focuses on preparing meals per resident diets and adhering to safety standards under the Food Service Director's supervision.

We offer flexible pay options (On-Demand or Weekly Pay), generous PTO, tuition assistance, and comprehensive benefits. Shift is full-time, Mon-Fri 5:00a–1:30p with rotating weekends. Wage range $16.00–$19.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet state food handler training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications and procedures.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies.
• Maintain established standards of practice and food safety regulations.
