Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
• Ensure that meals are served on time and at the correct temperature
• Assist with menu planning and ordering of food and supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate with dietary team and other staff members

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a healthcare or institutional setting preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
