As a Dietary Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of food and beverages are prepared and served to our residents. With a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction, you will work collaboratively with our dietary team to create a warm and welcoming dining experience.

About the Role:

• Preparing and cooking meals according to menu specifications and dietary guidelines

• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards

• Assisting with meal service and presentation to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our residents

• Collaborating with the dietary team to plan and execute special events and functions

• Participating in inventory management and cost control measures to minimize waste and optimize food costs

• Maintaining accurate records of food preparation and inventory to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience as a Dietary Cook or related culinary role (training provided for the right candidate!)

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
