Aspire Senior Living Poplar Bluff is seeking a compassionate Dietary Cook to join our dietary team. The role supports resident nutrition by preparing and serving meals in a safe, clean, and respectful environment.

Responsibilities include following dietary guidelines, maintaining a clean kitchen, and engaging with residents to meet dietary needs. Requires a high school diploma and current Food Handler certification. Experience in long-term care is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current Food Handler certification.
• Prior experience in a dietary, kitchen, or food service role is a plus, especially in a long-term care or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Ability to lift and stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for compassionate, team-oriented Dietary Aide/Cook to join our dietary team.

Dietary Cook is responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of meals to our residents, ensuring that dietary needs are met in a safe, clean, cooking and respectful environment. This role plays an important part in enhancing residents' dining experiences and supporting their nutritional well-being.
