Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Platte City is seeking a Dietary Cook to join our culinary team and prepare meals that meet residents' dietary and nutritional needs. Roles include following menus, ensuring safety standards, and collaborating with the dietary team to serve meals on schedule.

The position offers Full-Time Day and Evening shifts with a starting pay of $15 per hour. Candidates should have knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and dietary requirements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to resident satisfaction.
• Certification in Food Safety or ServSafe preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous experience as a Dietary Cook in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities
