Job summary

CareCore at Mentor is seeking a dependable and motivated Full-Time Cook to join our Dietary team in Mentor, Ohio. This role offers a team-oriented environment where you will help provide quality meals for residents in a healthcare setting.

You will prepare meals according to planned menus, follow safety and sanitation standards, and maintain a clean kitchen. A flexible schedule including weekends/holidays is required to support resident care and facility operations.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience preferred.
• Healthcare, long-term care, or senior living experience is a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Dependable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team
• Must be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
