Job summary

Atrium Centers in Marshall, MI is seeking a dedicated cook to prepare meals for residents in coordination with dietary plans. You will ensure food safety, meet dietary requirements, and support smooth meal service within a clean kitchen environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of cooking for large groups, preferably in long-term care. Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn are highly valued in our ESOP-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year cooking experience for a large group; long-term care or institutional experience preferred.
• Ability to scale and quantify recipes to meet facility needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
