Job summary

Bridle Brook Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a Dietary Cook to prepare and serve meals per the menu while ensuring proper food handling and nutrition care. You will manage meal service and keep equipment clean, adhering to Federal, State, and Local regulations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC dietary experience and at least one year of large-scale cooking experience.

• Prior dietary experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• One year cook experience in a large-scale operation preferred.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Dietary Cook, you will prepare and serve meals according to the menu, monitor food handling and preparation methods, manage meal service, and maintain equipment cleanliness. You will ensure the provision of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
