Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a dietary team member for a skilled nursing setting in Lexington, NC. You will prepare meals per resident diet specifications under the supervision of the Food Service Director and follow all food safety procedures.

The role offers part-time hours (11:30a–8:00p), a wage of $18.00 per hour, and benefits including tuition assistance and PTO. Join a supportive, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

• Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations, under the supervision of the Food Service Director. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

Shift and Wage:
