• Collaborate with other culinary staff to ensure efficient meal service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Receive and stock inventory, following established procedures for food storage and rotation.
• Assist with maintaining accurate records of food inventory and supplies.
• Participate in quality control measures to ensure food safety and quality.
• Work closely with the Dietary Manager to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
