Oklahoma State University Medical Center is seeking a Diet Clerk to coordinate menus and manage clerical tasks in the Diet Office. This full-time position requires a High school diploma or GED and a Tulsa County Food Handlers permit. The Diet Clerk will assist patients and nursing staff regarding dietary needs and ensure smooth operations within the dietary department.
The Diet Clerk provides the coordination of menus for patients, and for family members that may require our services; provides a link to nursing for any patient dietary concerns; provides clerical duties in the Diet Office.
Education: High school or GED (preferred)
Certification: Tulsa County Food Handlers permit (required)
Experience: Previous healthcare experience (preferred)
