Responsabilités

## Dietary Associate - RivertownApply: Onsite: Detroit, MI: Full time: Posted Today: JR100938**SUMMARY:**The Dietary Associate at PACE Southeast Michigan performs routine functions in the dietary department including food preparation, food service, cleaning and other duties assigned under the direction of the Registered Dietitian and Day Health Center Manager.**SPECIFIC DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:*** Assists in the preparation of food and is responsible for serving meals, snacks, beverages and nutrition supplements using portion control and applicable sanitation practices.* Prepares meals in accordance to diet orders and ensures participants are served the appropriate meal in a timely manner.* Washes, sanitizes and stores dishes and adaptive feeding equipment.* Assists in receiving and storing food and supplies. Ensures proper labeling of food placed into storage.* Ensures that equipment is maintained. Reports malfunctioning equipment to the Registered Dietitian.* Follows fire safety, infection control practices and hazardous chemical practices, and uses cleaners and other hazardous materials in accordance with facility policy.* Follow Federal and State regulations and Dietary Department policies and procedures.* Follows cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled.
