Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service preferred.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Timely preparation and delivery of nutritious meals and supplements according to physician orders and in compliance with requirements.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Attend meetings and in-services as required.
• Report problems and needs to the supervisor promptly.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation with other staff.
• Present professional image to consumers through dress, behavior and speech.
• Adhere to Company standards for resolving consumer concerns.
• Ensure all patient/resident rights are protected.
