Job summary

Corewell Health in Dearborn is seeking a part-time Food Service Worker to provide appetizing meals to patients, staff, and visitors under close supervision, following mandated food handling techniques and safety guidelines.

You will clean pots and pans, sweep and mop floors, put away stock, clean equipment, and manage waste disposal, with rotating days and a weekend rotation.

Job Summary

Under close supervision, following mandated food handling techniques, sanitary requirements, and safety requirements, provides appetizing meals and other related food services to patients, hospital employees, guests, cafeteria patrons and other authorized visitors.

Range of Pay

• Pay starting at $17.07.

Qualifications Required

• Ability to read, write, and perform simple math; also understand oral instructions and be able to communicate job related problems.

Preferred

• Hospitality experience
• High school graduate or equivalent
