Job summary

Rosedale Health & Rehabilitation Richmond in Virginia is hiring a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals, maintain dining areas, and deliver meals to residents with warmth and care.

No prior healthcare experience required; we train the right candidate. You must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. We offer competitive pay, daily pay, PTO, health, vision, dental, and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred, but training provided.
• Positive attitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Able to stand long shifts and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Food Handler Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
• Set up and maintain clean, organized dining areas.
• Deliver meals to residents with a friendly, compassionate attitude.
• Assist residents during meal service as needed.
• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and dining areas.
• Properly store food and monitor inventory levels.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

What You’ll Do
