Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Dietary Assistant to assist in meal preparation, tray delivery, and kitchen clean-up within a compassionate care environment. The role supports quality standards and the facility's mission, values, and commitment to service.
The incumbent will follow safety and hygiene guidelines, assist with hot bar and cold food setup, and perform routine cleaning and stocking duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
The primary function of the Dietary Assistant position is the preparation of meals, delivering and retrieving trays, storing food, and cleaning the kitchen area. This role supports the facility’s mission, values, quality standards, and commitment to compassionate service, accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.

Work is performed in a commercial kitchen and patient care support environment. The Dietary Assistant must be available to work the assigned schedule which includes weekends, holidays, or additional hours as business needs require and as permitted by applicable wage and hour laws.
