Job summary

Westside Care Center in Manchester, CT is hiring a Dietary Assistant to support meal service for residents. The role includes cleaning food prep areas, assisting with trays and nourishments, and helping maintain meal schedules.

Summary:

The primary role of the Dietary Assistant is to clean food preparation areas and dishes and assist with the preparation of food trays and nourishments for residents.

• Helps prepares hot and cold foods and beverages. Maintains and follows all meal schedules.

• Prepares trays with proper and accurate food items, as well as transports meals Prepares snacks and nourishments for residents

• Cleans food preparation areas as well as dishes, utensils, glasses, cups etc.
