Job summary

Westsidecarectr is seeking a Dietary Assistant to support meal preparation and resident nourishment at our facility. The role involves cleaning food prep areas, assisting with trays, and ensuring meals are transported and served according to schedules.

The ideal candidate can follow written and oral instructions, speak and write English clearly, and has some healthcare experience. The position offers wages at $19.06 per hour and potential growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must follow time schedules for meal preparation and serving.
• Must be able to speak, read and write the English language clearly and understandably.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Some previous experience preferred in Healthcare industry

Responsibilities

• Helps prepares hot and cold foods and beverages. Maintains and follows all meal schedules.
• Prepares trays with proper and accurate food items, as well as transports meals; Prepares snacks and nourishments for residents.
• Cleans food preparation areas as well as dishes, utensils, glasses, cups etc.
