Job summary

Medical City Fort Worth is seeking a Dietary Assistant to support patient nutrition care. You will verify diet orders, edit menus, obtain selections, and communicate with the production team to assemble and deliver meals following safety standards.

The role requires basic nutrition knowledge, good communication, and the ability to work independently with attention to details. This is a full-time position in a hospital setting with comprehensive benefits and a focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One or more years of experience in food service preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and perform simple arithmetic.
• Good interpersonal/communication skills.
• Able to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
• Knowledge of basic nutrition principles as related to modified diets preferred.
