A senior service provider based in Nashville seeks a dedicated Server to join their team. The role involves serving meals to residents and guests, assisting with menu orders, and ensuring the dining room is cleaned and reset after meals. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, communicate effectively, and be attentive to resident needs, including mobility and memory challenges. Qualifications

• Must be in clean designated uniform and maintain personal hygiene.
• Ability to perform simple, repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for three hours.
• Must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals courteously to residents and guests.
• Assist residents in ordering from the menu.
• Clean the dining room after meal service.
• Refill salt/pepper/sugar bowls before and after meals.
• Report broken equipment or tableware to supervisor.
• Understand sit-down service and proper serving techniques.
• Have basic knowledge of food preparation (salads, desserts, etc.).
• Knowledge of proper food storage and labeling techniques.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum kitchen and dining areas.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
• Complete other duties as assigned and ensure confidentiality of resident information.
• Interact politely with residents, guests, co-workers and supervisors.
