Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods up to three hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and carry heavy objects for 20 feet.
• Must communicate effectively and work under close supervision.
• Must be in a clean designated uniform during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously and assist with menu orders.
• Provide beverage service and refill condiments as needed.
• Reset dining room after each meal and assist with tray service.
• Report any broken equipment or tableware to supervisor and follow safety protocols.
• Interact politely with residents, guests, co-workers and supervisors; maintain confidentiality.
