Job summary

Weakly Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Dining Services Aide for full-time roles in our dining areas, covering morning and afternoon shifts (4:30 am–11:30 am and 11:30 am–8:00 pm). You will assist with meal service, maintain dining area cleanliness, and provide friendly, professional service to residents.

This role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication with residents and staff, and adherence to food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or healthcare is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team and show a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for serving others.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and serving of meals and beverages to residents.
• Maintain dining areas with proper sanitation and safety procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents, families, and staff.
