Job summary

The Center for Living and Rehabilitation is seeking Dietary Aides/Cooks to join our exceptional team in Bennington, VT. This role supports daily meal service and food safety in a warm, community-focused environment.

Shifts run 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with every other weekend and rotating holidays. Responsibilities include plating appealing meals, assisting with meal prep, inventory, and cleaning tasks in the dietary department. Join us and help improve quality of life for residents every day.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance
• Assist with meal preparation, inventory of food items, proper storage of food items
• Assist with the cleaning schedule of the Dietary Department including dining room and kitchen tasks (dishwashing, washing and mopping floors)
• Assist in the daily knowledge and stocking of food inventory
• Prepare and deliver snacks
