DIETARY AIDE - YADKIN NURSING CARE CENTER

Join Liberty Health as a Dietary Aide at Yadkin Nursing Care Center. We are seeking an experienced, full-time, evening shift employee to provide quality food service in a caring environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the cook with non-cooking and cooking duties, ensuring sanitary, safe, and pleasant dietary conditions for patients and staff.
• Follow planned menus, prepare food and beverages according to tested recipes and procedures.
• Serve food and beverages to residents, assist with tray service.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, silverware, and kitchen tools.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas including sweeping and mopping.
• Support the Cook and Assistant Cook in meal preparation, snacks, and supplements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years or older.
• Ability to use supplies economically and operate equipment safely.
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Ability to read diet cards, speak English, and lift up to 30 pounds.
