Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Dietary Aide for a Nursing Facility in North Reading. You will follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards and daily work assignments, preparing food items and serving meal trays.

This role requires attention to hygiene and safety, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexibility including every other weekend, and a supportive, patient attitude toward residents and staff. Benefits include PTO and insurance for full-time employees.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments accurately.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with care and attention to hygiene.
• Operate dietary equipment and maintain clean, sanitized work areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Work comfortably around cleaning agents and routine sanitation chemicals.
