Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions, based in Norwell, MA, is seeking a Dietary Aide for a nursing facility. You will follow diet orders, prepare meals, serve trays, and maintain hygiene in a safe, sanitary kitchen and dining area.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and available to work every other weekend. Full-time position with PTO and insurance benefits.

• Ability to perform routine tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments accurately.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with care and attention to hygiene.
• Operate dietary equipment and maintain clean, sanitized work areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Work comfortably around cleaning agents and routine sanitation chemicals.
