Job summary

Eden Vista Prospect Heights is seeking a Dietary Aide (Full-time) to support our residents with nutritious meals. Open availability, including weekends and holidays, is required to ensure reliable dining service.

You will maintain clean food prep areas, serve meals, and stock the pantry/fridge. You must follow health and safety procedures and perform additional duties as assigned to support a caring, well-run community.

Qualifications

• Food Sanitation license, preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help.
• Ability to follow directions and multitask in a busy environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation areas
• Serving food to residents in the lunchroom/bringing food to residents in their rooms
• Cleaning eating areas after meals
• Bringing in delivered food items from vendors providers and stocking the pantry/fridge/freezer
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures during the process of food preparation
• Additional duties as assigned
