Exemption Status: Non-Exempt

Schedule Details: Monday through Friday, Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

Scheduled Hours: 4:00pm-7:30 pm, Varied Shifts

Shift: 4 - Mixed Shift, 8 Hours (United States of America)

Cost Center: 25082 - 5070 Food Services Cafeteria

Job Description
Major Responsibilities
  • Follows all HACCP standards.
  • Follows all contract services policies and procedures.
  • Possesses excellent customer service skills.
  • Attends up to 75% of department meetings.
  • Follows and adheres to all supervisor and management instructions.
  • Assists in maintaining all Press Ganey scores within or above departmental targets/goals.
Standard Staffing Level Responsibilities
  • Complies with departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.
  • Attends meetings, conferences, seminars as required.
  • Uses Quality Improvement in daily operations.
  • Follows all health and safety regulations.
  • Respects diverse views, demonstrates Standards of Respect, and fosters a professional and inclusive environment.
  • Maintains reliable and predictable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Experience/Skills

Required:

  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Equivalent education and experience may substitute for these requirements unless certification, licensure, or registration is needed.

Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions

Activities include standing, walking, sitting, talking, handling, pushing/pulling, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Additional Job Details

Hours are after school 4-7, weekends, and holidays.
