Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Tray Passer/Dietary Aide to support meal preparation, manage receipts and meal records, and assist the manager with daily reports. The role emphasizes high standards of food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety across patient care areas.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written and verbal directions.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended time periods, up to 6 hours.
• Requires repetitive motion.
• Must work with chemicals, heated equipment and steam.

Responsibilities

• Communicate patient care areas to identify needs and react accordingly.
• Evaluate patient diet orders to ensure all dietary requirements are satisfied appropriately.
• Communicates with clinical nutrition team representatives when preparing meals, formula and snacks.
• Deliver patient trays to the clinical area.
• Escalates customer concerns to a supervisor or manager when appropriate.
• Patient Tray Production and preparation of meals and items.
• Stocks and maintains patient feeding starter station and storage areas.
• Keeps cold cart storage clean and organized.
