Qualifikationen

• Must have a food handler's permit.
• Must read/write/speak English to ensure safety and wellbeing of patients and visitors.
• Must provide verification of TST (tuberculin skin test) as required by state law and in accordance with Company policy.

• Puts customer service first and maintains resident/patient confidentiality.
• Abides by established schedule to assigned facilities.
• Prepare and serve food based on nutritional needs of patients.
• Inspect food trays to ensure correct meals and dietary compliance.
• Follow recipes and cook food in a clean, sanitary manner.
• Maintain kitchen and dining areas clean and sanitize surfaces as necessary.
• Dispose of food waste and ensure plates and utensils are not contaminated.
• Maintain inventory and replenish ingredients; discard expired items.
• Attend meetings and in-services as required.
• Report problems and needs to supervisor in a timely manner.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation with other staff.
• Perform other duties as requested.
