Responsibilities

• Manage supplies by delivering and rotating food and floor supplies (FIFO).
• Prepare foods following menu and standardized recipes for safe service.
• Serve meals as directed by recipes and spreadsheet instructions.
• Sanitize, wash, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
