Responsibilities

• Assemble trays and deliver meal carts.
• Dispose of refuse per policy.
• Deliver and rotate food and supplies using FIFO.
• Follow menus and recipes to prepare meals safely.
• Portion and serve meals per recipes and spreadsheet.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, equipment.
