Job summary

Skyline Healthcare Center-San Jose is seeking a Dietary Assistant to support the Dietary Manager and Cook in preparing and serving meals to residents/patients. The role includes assembling meal trays, delivering meals, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment in accordance with policies and regulations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and are capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and following safety guidelines.

Working in institutional kitchen environment, employee may be required to sit, bend, stoop, see, talk and hear. May
occasionally lift or move items of up to 50 pounds. Employee is occasionally exposed to blood or other body fluids, fumes or
