Job summary

Heritage Hall Tazewell is seeking a Dietary Aide-Server to support our clinical team in providing nutritious meals tailored to Residents' preferences. You will help ensure meals meet dietary requirements while still offering enjoyable options.

This full-time role requires willingness to work every other weekend and contributes to a caring, home-like environment in our long-term care facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior food service experience.
• Prior healthcare experience.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Knowledge of dietary services practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing dietary services in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to work every other weekend is required.

Responsibilities

• Dietary Aide-Server works closely with our clinical team to ensure that each Resident has a nutritional meal while still enjoying food that they love.
• Serve meals to a large number of Residents with specific wants and needs.
