$19.00/yr - $23.00/yr

Food & Beverage Server (Dietary Aide)

Location: Denver, CO – The Highlands

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour

Shifts available -

• Sunday - Thursday 6:00am-2:00pm (Friday/Saturday off)
• Wednesay-Sunday 12:00pm-8:00pm (Monday/Tuesday off)

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Server to bring warmth, energy, and a heart for service to our dining program. No experience is necessary—just a genuine desire to serve older adults with kindness and respect. Flexible full-time hours available.

What You'll Do

Create Memorable Dining Moments

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness, care, and a sense of occasion
• Assist with plating and preparation of salads, desserts, and simple meal components
• Deliver meals and trays to dining rooms or resident apartments promptly and graciously
• Provide friendly table service with attention to resident preferences
  
  

Support Kitchen Excellence

• Clear and reset dining areas after meals
• Handle leftovers appropriately and assist with waste removal
• Clean food stations, dishes, and cookware with high standards of sanitation
• Help stock inventory and monitor supply levels
  
  

What You Bring

• A welcoming attitude and sincere interest in senior care
• Experience in food service or customer service is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person
• Understanding of safety and sanitation practices (we’ll train on regulations)
• Clear communicator with a team-player spirit
• Physically able to be on your feet and lift light to moderate loads
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
