Position: Dietary Aide (Part-Time, 16-20 hours/week)

Frontier Senior Living is seeking an outstanding Dietary Aide to join the Barathaven Memory Care community located in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri. Our communities span across the United States, committed to providing superior service and a quality lifestyle for our residents. We aim to offer an enriched and meaningful experience for residents, team members, and community partners.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform dietary services as outlined in the Resident Handbook and Care Plan.
2. Support food service programs tailored to residents' interests and attributes.
3. Coordinate and communicate with food service team members to ensure holistic care for residents.
4. Assist in meal preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring smooth operations.
5. Support cleaning and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas, including dishwashing and floor cleaning.
6. Deliver room service trays as instructed.
7. Present a professional demeanor that reflects the company's philosophy of service and genuine interest in residents' needs.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for up to eight hours with breaks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work with the elderly population.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions routinely.
