Job summary

Wallick Senior Living is seeking a Dietary Aide (Server) at The Ashford of Mt. Washington in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time role involves serving meals in the dining room, handling resident meal requests, and maintaining dining room setup and cleanup to ensure a welcoming dining experience.

You will assist with beverage service and utensil stock, support a clean dining environment, and provide compassionate, resident-centered service with hospitality and etiquette.

Qualifications

• Prior waiter experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with residents and co-workers.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from internal and external sources.
• Ability to apply basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves meals to residents in the dining room following table etiquette.
• Handles meal requests of a resident during meal service.
• Completes setup and cleaning of the dining room before and after each meal service.
• Helps to maintain the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea available to residents.
• Maintains a supply of proper utensils, cups, glasses, etc. for use by the residents.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Responsible for grab and go and stocking as necessary.
