Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Dietary Aide to prep and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow dietary guidelines, assist with food preparation, and maintain a clean kitchen environment while delivering exceptional service to residents and staff.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety standards, and compassion for residents. Strong communication is valued and previous food service experience is preferred but not required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ServSafe certification required where dictated by state/county law.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Must lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Mansioni

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
