Job summary

CareCore at Heritage in Minster, Ohio is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our skilled nursing facility team and help provide quality meals and excellent service to residents. This part-time role offers two schedules: 6am-2pm and 4pm-7pm with an every other weekend rotation.

We provide training; no prior experience is necessary. Join a supportive dietary team focused on delivering an exceptional dining experience for our residents.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Friendly and professional communication with residents, families, and visitors.
• Ability to work every other weekend and holidays.
• Willingness to learn. No experience is necessary. We provide training!

Responsibilities

• Prepare meal trays and serve food according to resident diet orders.
• Assist with meal service in the dining room and resident rooms.
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas.
• Stock supplies and assist with food preparation as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Work as part of the dietary team to provide an exceptional dining experience for our residents.
