Job summary

Pilot Butte Rehab Center is seeking a dietary aide to support our residents with meals and related duties in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will prepare meals, plate food, and ensure cleanliness and infection control throughout the kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications include a Food Handler's card, English proficiency, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and a compassionate approach to elder care.

Qualifications

• Must have/obtain Food Handler's card.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Compassion and interest in working with the senior population.
• Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents and fill requests.
• Plate food for residents.
• Wash and sanitize dishes.
• Assist with food preparation.
• Maintain infection control standards.
• Communicate respectfully with residents, families, volunteers, and staff.
